Return & Refund Policy – Remon Ocha
All purchases are final, but I’m happy to assist if:
- You received a damaged item
- You received the wrong order
If your item is damaged, lost, or delayed by over 30 days, please contact me with a photo of the issue, and I’ll gladly provide a replacement or a refund.
Important Notes:
- If an order is lost due to an incorrect address or address changes, a shipping fee will apply for re-shipment.
- Remon Ocha is not responsible for customs charges on returned items. Any customs fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
