Please note, I am not based in the U.S., and I strive to provide the most affordable shipping options available. Once an order has shipped, I am unable to change the shipping address or directly contact your country's postal service on your behalf.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Why isn’t my country an option?
A: Currently, I ship to Canada, the USA, France, Australia, Italy, Japan, several Nordic countries, and a few other select locations. I hope to expand shipping to more countries in the future!
Q: I have an issue with my order (missing/damaged items).
A: If there is an issue with your package, such as a missing or damaged item, please contact me within 15 days of the package being marked as delivered by tapping this link: Contact. After the 15th day, I may be unable to assist.
Q: I entered the wrong address or need to change my address.
A: If your order has already been shipped, the address cannot be changed. Please double-check your address before completing your purchase to ensure smooth delivery. If re-shipping is needed due to an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee will apply.
Q: Can I combine two separate orders into one shipment?
A: Unfortunately, separate orders will be shipped individually. Thank you for your understanding.
Q: How do refunds work?
Your eligibility for a refund depends on specific circumstances. Here are a few quick examples:
- Faulty item – If you receive an item with an issue that was not advertised, you are eligible for a replacement or refund.
- Order cancellation – If you cancel your order within 14 days of placing it and meet the conditions, you may be eligible for a full refund (see "Your Right to Cancel").
- Returning an order – If you return an order within 14 days of receiving it and meet the conditions, you may be eligible for a full refund (see "Your Right to Return").
- Digital items – Digital items are not eligible for a refund.

Cancellation Policy
If you change your mind about an order, you can cancel it within 14 days of placing it for a full refund, as long as the following conditions are met:
- Order Status: The cancellation request must be received before the order is shipped. Once an order is marked as shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
- Digital Items: Digital products are not eligible for cancellation or refund once delivered, as these items cannot be returned.
